Marketing sections
The marketing surface is the product with the chrome removed. Section rhythm alternates white and the canvas tint — never more than two background tones on a page.
The rules
- One primary CTA, repeated verbatim throughout: "Check a property".
- The disclaimer appears on every marketing page, not just one footer: GRIDD is a planning-information service, not legal or town-planning advice.
- No testimonial or number goes on the page unless it is sourced and dated.
- Full-bleed is for the ink CTA band only.
Feature cards
The row under the hero, on the canvas band: washed grid media, one glyph on a raised tile, a title and one honest sentence. Hover lifts the card — border first, then shadow.
Check any lot
Type an address. The ramp answers with the approval level, not a maybe.
Cited to the clause
Every verdict names the scheme provision it came from — check it yourself.
The full report
A consultant-grade planning report, generated while the map is still settling.
Strip, pricing, CTA, footer
The landing mock is also the spec for four marketing-only pieces.
- Pricing plan card — name + tag, price with the unit OUTSIDE the number, accent-tick feature list, one CTA. The recommended plan gets the accent border — never a bigger card.
- Logo strip — a caps label ("Built on") + muted source names. No logos until real ones exist.
- CTA band — the ink surface, one sentence, one white pill button.
- Footer — ink surface, brand + disclaimer left, caps-labelled link columns.
